LDS stands for Leader Development Seminar and its purpose is to facilitate AIESECer’s strategic and functional knowledge, empower delegates to effectively carry out AIESEC’s principal tasks and develop leadership skills in the newer members.

This year the LDS is hosted by LC Buenos Aires, AIESEC in Southern Cone between the 13^th and 15^th of May 2011.

The specific goals of this conference are:

•Development of inputs for regional planning,

•Functional trainings,

•Induction of new members,

•Members empowerment with IPM & ILC directions.
